Ally's birthday is coming up soon, and she is excited to spend the day at the salon getting her hair dyed and styled to celebrate! There is a salon near her foster home that she has wanted to visit ever since she was placed there. She has done her research and found that this salon comes highly recommended. Ally will be thrilled to have a new look as she enters her last year as a kid before transitioning into adulthood.
