Cliff is an amazing artist who is also very articulate. He loves sports and spends a lot of time outside, hitting balls and playing catch. Cliff has been in foster care since he was abandoned, which has left him struggling with his feelings about his family's decision to leave him. He desires a forever family but finds it difficult to open up to anyone. Cliff is a wonderful young man who strives to please others. He is actively working on improving his communication skills to better express his needs and challenges. Trusting others is hard for him, but he is also doing well in school and is quite smart.

Cliff dreams of receiving a huge box of basketball cards filled with his favorite players. He can't wait to enjoy these cards and share them with his friends. Having this special collection will not only give him something unique to showcase but also provide him with opportunities to trade with others who share his passion for the game.
