Neevah is very shy and is extremely attached to her older sister. She has been placed in foster care and is hard of hearing, currently learning to communicate using sign language. Neevah enjoys spending time with her sister and dislikes being separated from her. She is adjusting to living in a home with structure and routine. Neevah also loves Minnie Mouse.

Neevah loves to play and is always full of energy. She enjoys jumping and running around, and having toys that keep her engaged and safe is really important to her. One of her favorite activities is bouncing on the trampoline, which she has tried a few times. Neevah dreams of having her very own trampoline that she can use every day to jump and play to her heart's content.
