Neevah is very shy and is extremely attached to her older sister. She has been placed in foster care and is hard of hearing, currently learning to communicate using sign language. Neevah enjoys spending time with her sister and dislikes being separated from her. She is adjusting to living in a home with structure and routine. Neevah also loves Minnie Mouse.

Neevah is full of energy and loves to play and interact with others. One of her favorite activities is splashing around in water. For her birthday, she would love a sensory water table where she can enjoy playful moments outside. This one has unicorns, which adds even more magic to her aquatic adventures.
