Natalia has overcome significant challenges in her young life. She entered foster care during her teenage years after not having a caregiver who was both able and willing to provide for her. Prior to this, she experienced instability, moving between motels and periods of homelessness with caregivers who were unable to offer consistent support. Since entering foster care, Natalia has developed a renewed sense of hope and is beginning to experience stability for the first time.

Natalia is excited to turn 18 and start taking on more responsibility. Having a reliable phone is really important for her next steps. A phone would help her with everyday things like opening a bank account, using mobile banking apps, applying for jobs, talking to employers, and booking her own doctor’s appointments. Since she doesn’t have a laptop, it would also help her stay on top of schoolwork and check her grades. More than anything, having her own phone would help Natalia feel more independent and confident as she moves into adulthood. It would keep her connected and help her manage important parts of her life on her own. She has always wanted a phone and has chosen the Samsung Galaxy S25 because she likes its design and features. Having a phone she picked out herself would make it feel even more special and meaningful as she takes this big step forward.
