Nazia and her siblings were placed on a safety plan due to physical abuse and substance issues involving a relative. She is living separately from her siblings. Nazia has Mosaic Down syndrome, a heart defect, and a Mickey G-tube. Despite these challenges, Nazia is a happy and energetic toddler who loves to sing and dance.

Nazia has been in foster care for over a year, and she is known for her friendly and cheerful demeanor. Although she is nonverbal and faces medical and developmental delays, she is making progress each day. These challenges have affected her fine and gross motor skills, making her a bit behind as she approaches preschool age. To support her development, a busy board could be a valuable tool, helping her enhance her hand-eye coordination and refine the motor skills crucial for her growth.
