Chloe carries the kind of scars no one can see—shaped by years of instability, broken trust, and emotional upheaval. She has moved through foster care, adoption, and back again, enduring more than any child should. Yet through it all, she remains gentle, creative, and quietly resilient. She finds comfort and expression in the things she loves most: technology, art, and anything that lets her imagine new worlds. These passions give her a voice when words are hard to find and a sense of control in a life that hasn’t always felt steady. Chloe is not defined by her past. Chloe has moved to a new state and changed foster homes. Unfortunately, she was unable to take most of her personal belongings with her. Her foster mom managed to obtain some clothing items from a local foster closet, but these are just the bare necessities.
