Shay is a quiet and shy girl who experienced extreme neglect. She is mentally and emotionally younger than her age due to the things she's been through, so she likes playing with her baby dolls.

Shay and her siblings have weekly visits together. During nicer weather, they enjoy playing outside, but in the winter and on rainy days, they have to find indoor activities. This winter has been particularly cold, so they have spent most of their visits indoors. Shay would love to visit Dave & Buster's for a change of scenery and to create fun memories with her siblings during Spring Break!
