Chloe has hidden scars from years of instability and broken trust. She has been in foster care, adopted, and then back again, going through more than many children do. Despite all this, she is gentle, creative, and strong in her own way. She finds comfort in things she loves, like technology and art, which allow her to imagine new worlds. These passions help her express herself when it is hard to find the right words. Chloe controls her life in a way that feels safe. She is not defined by her past but by her bravery to heal and her creative spirit. She shows strength simply by continuing to hope for a better future.

Chloe has moved to a new state and changed foster homes. Unfortunately, she was unable to take most of her personal belongings with her. Her foster mom managed to obtain some clothing items from a local foster closet, but these are just the bare necessities. It would be a wonderful blessing for Chloe to be able to buy some new clothes of her own. This is wish 2 of 2.
