Carmine has been in foster care for a few years. He is a bright and well-mannered child who enjoys spending time outdoors and caring for his foster family’s farm animals. Currently, he lives in a foster home with three other foster children.

Carmine could really use his own iPad. In the foster home, there’s only one laptop that all the children share, which often leads to rushed assignments as they wait for their turn. By having a personal iPad, Carmine would be able to complete his assignments more thoroughly and at his own pace, without the pressure of needing to pass the device to another youth. This would create a more conducive learning environment for him.
