Neevah is very shy and is extremely attached to her older sister. She has been placed in foster care and is hard of hearing, currently learning to communicate using sign language. Neevah enjoys spending time with her sister and dislikes being separated from her. She is adjusting to living in a home with structure and routine. Neevah also loves Minnie Mouse.

Neevah loves spending time with her sister and the other children at her foster home and daycare. However, she doesn’t have many toys of her own since most of the toys are shared among everyone. One thing Neevah wishes for is her very own baby doll to play with, giving her a special companion of her own.
