Tania is a single mother living with an intellectual disability. She is raising her daughter, who has autism. She works hard every day to meet her daughter’s unique needs and create a loving, stable home. Tania has had no family support and was in the foster system throughout her life. She then transitioned to Shared Living, and after having her daughter, she moved into her own apartment.

A recent wish Tania said she was dreaming of was a blender. Tania would love to have a blender to make her daughter yummy smoothies with healthy fruits. Watching what she and her daughter eat is important to Tania.
