Bernarda has been in foster care since 2019. Bernarda's permanency plan is to be adopted. Bernarda has struggled with grief and PTSD, as her mother passed away when she was approximately 5 yo, and her father was deported when she was 6 yo. Bernarda is very talented: artistic and loves drawing and painting. Bernarda is also very talented at painting nails and creating arts and crafts. Bernarda reports that she would like to design shoes and clothes in the future. Bernarda enjoys horse riding, cheerleading, yoga, gymnastics, and dancing classes.

Bree is turning 15, and she wishes to celebrate her birthday with her closest friends and family at the Cheesecake Factory. Her dream is to have a special gathering with a group of 10 friends around her table, enjoying a delicious meal and indulging in her favorite cheesecakes. While Bree's foster parents want her to have an incredible birthday celebration, they are unable to contribute financially to the festivities. With so many challenges Bree has experienced, she deserves to be celebrated by the people who love her the most.
