He continues to receive state services to assist him in transitioning into adulthood.
Angel is preparing for college and wants to ensure he has all the necessary supplies. He realizes he needs more pens for his classes, especially since he takes a lot of notes. To be prepared, Angel wants to stock up on gel pens so he doesn't run out.
