Jocelyn is a smart girl who enjoys going to school and hanging out with her friends. She really wishes she could have a Target gift card to buy new clothes for school. New outfits would not only make her look nicer, but they would also help her feel more confident and happy. Sadly, her parents can’t afford to buy her new clothes right now.
