Nicholas loves music. Music is a coping mechanism that Nicholas uses when he feels overwhelmed or having a lot of anxieties. A piano will help prevent alleviate his aggression and use it more on positive things like music.
Nicholas is 17 years old and lives in NJ
Nicholas has made tremendous progress since being in his current program. He is autistic and is very caring, loving, and very sociable. He is learning coping skills and is learning to use them when he's upset or having a bad day. He is able to think about his action and learn from them. He enjoys music and talks about music class very often.
