Children, Youth and Families DepartmentTorrance is currently in foster care. He was born prematurely and spent several months in the hospital. Now, Torrance is adapting to life in a home rather than a hospital setting. He enjoys being held and talked to, and he likes spending time with others. Additionally, Torrance appreciates being outside and experiencing the different weather, which he can now enjoy since he is no longer in the hospital.
Torrance really enjoys having books read to him and wants to have some of his own to explore and listen to. This collection of board books would be perfect for him!
