Fostering IndependenceJazzlin is sweet and very social. She is the life of the party and is always up for anything. She came into care late in the game, just a few months before her 18th birthday. Jazzlin is a resident of a group home for young ladies who have aged out of foster care.
Jazzlin worked hard to complete her high school diploma. She successfully achieved this goal despite facing many challenges along the way. To celebrate and commemorate this accomplishment, Jazzlin would like a graduation cap charm for her charm bracelet.
