Nik is a curious boy living in a foster placement. He enjoys creating things with Legos, drawing in his journal, and engaging in arts and crafts. Nik loves being outdoors, whether he’s riding his bike or exploring his new backyard, which includes a farm with many animals. He likes researching various aspects of his environment and investigating how things work. Nik is adapting to life in a low-tech home and finding alternative ways to occupy his time. He has moved between several foster homes, most recently changing homes three times within just a few months. The staff at his school became specially licensed to support him when they learned he needed to switch homes. Both of his parents have maintained a strong relationship with Nik, making the transition to a new home less stressful for everyone involved.

Nik arrived at his new foster home with just a few pairs of pants that fit him. Since he's growing quickly, many of his clothes were either too short or too tight. Thankfully, the family lives near a JCPenney, so they can take Nik along to find clothes in the right size. A gift card would be perfect for him to get what he needs!
