Strength Based Community Change (SBCC)Madison is a driven and compassionate young woman who continues to persevere despite the many challenges she has faced in her journey through foster care. Currently enrolled in college, Madison works hard both academically and personally, striving toward her dream of becoming a psychologist so she can help others heal. She is deeply motivated by a desire to be a positive role model for her younger sister, even though they cannot be together. Madison consistently maintains strong grades and balances her responsibilities with maturity beyond her years. In her free time, she explores her creative side through jewelry making, art, and fashion. She also prioritizes her well-being through fitness and self-care. Madison’s strength, resilience, and dedication to her goals make her an inspiring individual with a bright future ahead.
Madison is currently working hard as a college student while also pursuing an apprenticeship in tattooing, where she is developing hands-on skills in a creative field she is passionate about. Unfortunately, her tattoo machine was recently stolen, creating a major setback in her ability to continue practicing and progressing in her apprenticeship. Having access to a new tattoo starter kit would allow Madison to continue building her technical skills, stay committed to her apprenticeship, and move forward in a field that not only supports her creativity but also offers future financial independence. Balancing school, personal responsibilities, and her long-term goals can be challenging, but Madison remains dedicated and resilient. This support would help her regain momentum after this setback and continue working toward her future career.
