Keliany is a friendly girl who loves playing with Hello Kitty and other dolls. She has had a difficult upbringing but maintains a positive attitude and continues to persevere. She loves pink and everything girly at this age.

Keliany has never owned a bicycle and does not have close friends. Currently in a foster placement, she is starting to make new friends. She would like a pink bike, as pink is her favorite color, so she can ride it with her friends in the neighborhood. Having this bicycle will provide her with the opportunity to make new friendships and enjoy playing like the other kids.
