Dominic is a very intelligent young man with a keen interest in building, architecture, and understanding how various machines and toys work. He enjoys attending church and participating in youth groups whenever he can. Dominic loves to read and often borrows books from his sister after she finishes with them. He has been in foster care for quite some time and recently moved from what he thought would be his forever home.

Dominic wants an electric scooter because all his foster siblings have one, and he feels left out when they ride without him. Dominic is younger than his brothers and is more sensitive, which makes it hard for him to connect with them. He believes that if he had an electric scooter, he could ride together with his siblings and build a better bond with them.
