As part of a large sibling set, they were not able to stay together with their other siblings, but they are loving their life together in their foster-turned-adoptive home. Elsie is a true girly girl! She regularly wears a tutu and enjoys sitting outside to relax. With an artist's flair, she has a unique sense of style when putting together her outfits and is confident in herself!
Elsie is a girly girl who loves to have fun. Her family goes for walks every day, and she thinks a pink tricycle would make those walks even more exciting. Elsie is crazy about all things pink and often wears her favorite tutu for days at a time. She’ll be riding around on her tricycle in her beloved tutu!
