Kai and her sister Olivia live with their grandparents, who provide a safe and loving home for them. The girls find joy in their daily lives, often playing games with their grandparents and spending time together. Kai particularly enjoys assembling Legos, which adds a creative touch to her playtime. Due to their father’s current circumstances, Kai and Olivia will be living with their grandparents for an extended period. Despite the challenges she faces, Kai feels happy and secure in the home, knowing her grandparents are deeply committed to her care and well-being. Together, they create a warm and nurturing environment that allows Kai and Olivia to thrive.

Kai is a very active child who greatly enjoys playing outside. There was a playset at her grandparents' home, but last year it had to be taken down because it was over 10 years old and falling apart. Due to its age, the playset was dismantled because of rotting and broken pieces. Kai would be happily surprised to get a new playset in the backyard at her grandparents' house. The children have a small trampoline in the backyard that they love to jump on. The backyard is quite spacious, providing a great space for the children to play and run around. A new outdoor playset would allow them to enjoy the nice weather and have friends over to play as well.
