She was removed from her biological parents due to substance abuse, only to face horrific abuse and neglect at the hands of her adoptive parents for years. Isolated from the outside world and her peers until her removal, Lexie still sees the good in people and eagerly seeks friendship and love. She is a remarkable young lady who deserves to experience a childhood free from abuse and neglect.
