Jac is a strong little guy whose will and determination gives him the ability to thrive. He was born with a hole in his heart and is also presently undergoing a series of corrective surgeries for his club foot. Though the things that most of us don’t give a second thought of slow him down; his will and determination truly show that he has the heart of a champion.

Jac loves Sesame Street! He watches it every day and is a dedicated fan. His favorite moments are when Elmo dances, sings, and recites the alphabet. It would mean so much to Jac if he could visit Sesame Place during the summer months while he is out of school. Sesame Place is a fantastic destination for him because it features special areas and rides designed specifically for autistic children.
