Jac is a strong little guy whose will and determination gives him the ability to thrive. He was born with a hole in his heart and is also presently undergoing a series of corrective surgeries for his club foot. Though the things that most of us don’t give a second thought of slow him down; his will and determination truly show that he has the heart of a champion.

Jac really loves being outdoors. He likes to explore his backyard and find sticks, bugs, rocks, etc. However, Jac’s little adventures always seem to leave his clothes extremely dirty. Jac would really benefit from a tarp that can be laid down on the ground as he explores his environment.
