Rosie is so fun to be with, and right now she hopes to be a hairdresser or yoga instructor when she grows up. She has been in foster care since she was 2 and is very well attached to her caregivers.
Rosie loves to feel fancy and dress up. She will have so much fun with this kit, where she can make a variety of bracelets. She will love having jewelry to match all of her favorite looks!
