Carl is a very happy-go-lucky young man who loves comic books, music, fishing, and drawing. He has some special needs and was recently removed from his home. Carl was not placed with his younger siblings because he needs more assistance with his daily living functions. He has not allowed his placement in foster care to stop his desire to work hard in school so that he can graduate on time. Carl does not allow his disability to stop his enjoyment of life. He loves visiting with his siblings every weekend and always has pictures for them to take back of his drawings.

Carl is graduating from high school in June! He worked really hard to get his grades up, and when he heard the news, he was over the moon. He called everyone to share the excitement! Now, he's been busy planning for graduation. Carl works part-time and managed to buy most of what he needs for the big day. He wants to decorate the outside of his house with yard signs and would be really grateful for any extra help with the decorations.
