She is currently in high school and is thriving in her studies, while also enjoying the normal joys of being a teenager. Life hasn’t always been easy for Lizandra. She was removed from a very difficult situation with her biological mom and stepdad, where she experienced abuse. Though she deeply misses her younger siblings, she is finding safety, stability, and love while living with her grandmother and grandfather, who take wonderful care of her.
