She is excited about her future and attending college. Noelle aims to break the barriers often faced by foster children, as they frequently fall through the cracks. She has a plan and is currently mastering it.
Noelle's wish for this Christmas is to be able to go to Build a Bear. She is a sweet girl who loves playing with stuffed animals and would love to make her own special bear.
