Noelle's wish for this Christmas is to be able to go to Build a Bear. She is a sweet girl who loves playing with stuffed animals and would love to make her own special bear.
Noelle is 15 years old and lives in DC
Noelle is funny, a good student, loves being goofy and making people laugh, especially her sisters. She wants to be a Doctor when she grows and and her favorite cartoon character is Doc Mcstuffins. Noelle is a straight A student and loves her teachers and going to school.
