Jac is a strong little guy whose will and determination gives him the ability to thrive. He was born with a hole in his heart and is also presently undergoing a series of corrective surgeries for his club foot. Though the things that most of us don’t give a second thought of slow him down; his will and determination truly show that he has the heart of a champion.

Jac is an incredible little boy whose will and determination enable him to overcome every obstacle and physical limitation he encounters. Although his hands are deformed, he is undergoing therapy and has become quite skilled at building things. In fact, Jac has learned to use tools effectively. He would be thrilled to receive his very own toy tool set, which he could use to work on his special projects while also learning and strengthening his fine motor skills.
