Jamal has been in foster care for almost years. Although he and his twin aren't placed together, their foster parents make sure they spend a lot of time together. Jamal has been non verbal most of his life, but is getting a voice box to help with communication. He is always learning and helpful to others. He is in the process of being adopted by his foster parent.
