Jac is a strong little guy whose will and determination gives him the ability to thrive. He was born with a hole in his heart and is also presently undergoing a series of corrective surgeries for his club foot. Though the things that most of us don’t give a second thought of slow him down; his will and determination truly show that he has the heart of a champion.

Jac is a joyful young boy who brings happiness to those around him, even though he has a disability. His caregivers are having a hard time getting some of the items he needs for daycare. Jac needs snacks during the week, especially foods that fit his texture needs. One of his favorites is breakfast cookies, which he enjoys in the morning. Having these would help him start his day in a positive way and support his daily routine.
