Jay is a special boy who loves exploring, climbing, and music. Due to circumstances outside of his control, he was born prematurely and is struggling to meet developmental milestones. However, despite his challenges, he is a fighter and will continue to advance at his pace.

Jay is a happy young boy who brings a lot of joy to the people around him. His caregivers are having a hard time keeping up with some of the things he needs for daycare. He needs snacks during the week that fit his diet, and one of his favorites is Cheez-It crackers. Having these for lunch would make him happy and help him have a good day. Providing these snacks would help meet his needs and make his days a little brighter.
