Daisy is a fun and active girl who enjoys playing soccer and running outside. She is a fan of the New England Patriots and is starting to connect with her new foster siblings. Daisy loves arts and crafts and enjoys watching movies. Daisy is in foster care for the second time after an earlier adoption.

Daisy has been sharing that she often feels worried, which her clinician identifies as anxiety. These feelings tend to come up most at night and when she is out in the community. A treatment plan goal was created to help her cope by planning ahead for community outings and bringing fidget tools with her. In her previous foster home, Daisy had access to a variety of fidgets, which she kept organized in a pencil case. When asked if she would like something similar, she said yes. She is also interested in trying a fidget ring to help her manage anxiety and stay grounded when she feels overwhelmed.
