Victoria is a hardworking and caring student at CSUSB. She is also a mother and is working hard to build her future. She runs a mobile braiding business and is growing her client base. She uses this work not only to earn income, but also as a creative outlet and a step toward independence. When she is not working, Victoria enjoys spending time at home with her daughter and stepson. They often play games and do puzzles together, showing the strong and loving family she has built. Victoria has overcome many challenges. She aged out of the foster care system, and this experience has made her want to help others who are in similar situations. She often helps feed people who are unhoused and is especially passionate about supporting foster youth. She hopes to be a positive role model for them. She is currently studying criminal justice and cybersecurity. Her goal is to build a stable career where she can help protect others and provide a secure future for her family. She has started her education and is now focused on gaining real-world experience.

Victoria is asking for help with groceries because the rising cost of living has made it very hard to make ends meet. She often visits food banks and is grateful for the support, but much of the food she has received recently has been expired or not usable.
