Jon is a reader! It is refreshing to see him get lost in a storybook rather than a screen. He loves Dog Man books, as well as stories about dinosaurs, trains, and, of course, Transformers. Jon has spent much of his childhood in foster care, and books have become a place where he can escape and feel comfort. He especially enjoys stories about saving the world, and he has big dreams of helping make the world a better place one day.

Jon is moving to an adoptive placement. He has shared that he feels nervous about the transition and has been having trouble sleeping. Reading helps him feel calm and makes it easier for him to fall asleep at night. Jon really enjoys reading, and having a bedtime routine with books is very comforting for him. He is requesting Dog Man 14, which is a series he loves and looks forward to reading.
