Alex is a remarkable young woman whose story shows strength, determination, and success. She was adopted as a young foster youth and has turned every challenge she has faced into motivation to do better and keep moving forward. Throughout her school years, Alex has earned straight A’s and is recognized as an excellent student who is respected by both her teachers and her classmates. She is hardworking, focused, and always committed to doing her best in everything she takes on. Outside of the classroom, Alex is active in extracurricular activities. She enjoys being involved in school organizations, volunteering, and leadership programs. She brings energy, responsibility, and a positive attitude to every activity she joins.

This June, Alex will proudly graduate, marking a big milestone after years of hard work and dedication. She will continue her education at a Historically Black College and University in another state. With her drive, kindness, and ambition, Alex is on a strong path to make a positive difference in her community and beyond. An iPad would allow Alexandria to efficiently take organized digital notes during lectures, store textbooks and assignments in one place, and keep track of deadlines, projects, and class schedules. Instead of carrying multiple notebooks and expensive textbooks, she would be able to access her coursework instantly and stay prepared both in and outside of the classroom. The portability and convenience of an iPad would also help her study anywhere, whether she is on campus, in the library, or traveling between classes.
