A stroller for Phoenix whose mom doesn't have access to transportation

WaypointPhoenix is a curious young child who loves exploring the world around her. She enjoys reaching for and interacting with anything within her grasp as she learns about her surroundings. Phoenix lives at home without her older siblings. Her mom faces challenges in accessing resources due to a lack of transportation, which makes it difficult to get the support the family needs.
Phoenix has never really had the chance to spend time outside, and this summer will be her first real opportunity to do so. Her mom does not have a stroller for her, and Phoenix has outgrown being carried in a baby carrier for any length of time. Because her mom does not have access to transportation, getting out to community spaces and city parks is especially challenging. A stroller would make a meaningful difference, helping Phoenix safely get outside, explore her environment, and enjoy time in the community.
