Tioga County Human Services - Foster CareHaylyn is a silly, happy young lady who is always on the move. She has a cute raspy laugh that brings a smile to everyone around her. She was placed in an emergency placement directly from the hospital and is currently living with a resource family, where she continues to stay.
Haylyn is working toward permanency and has gone above and beyond in meeting her milestones. She is doing very well and continues to make positive progress. Haylyn would love to have her own bike so she can ride alongside her sister and spend more time together doing something she enjoys.
