Alyssa is a caring and outgoing child who is currently in the foster care system and living with her older brother. Her brother describes her as a very kind and happy child who always has a positive attitude. Alyssa shared that she loves spending time outside with her dogs, especially when they play fetch together. She also enjoys playing with blocks and painting, which allow her to be creative and have fun. Alyssa is a bright child who is currently attending school and will also continue attending during the summer to help her grow socially and stay engaged in learning.

Alyssa does not have a proper pair of shoes for school right now. Her current shoes are too small and make it uncomfortable for her to focus during the day. She was very excited to learn that she may receive a new pair of shoes she really likes, especially since her best friend has the same ones and they hope to match.
