Emmie is a cool kid in foster care who enjoys creating different styles of art on her face with makeup. She enjoys having fun and spending time with her best friend. She is interested in Business and is beginning a college program for high school youth later this year to earn a Business degree; she also wants to earn a Cosmetology degree after the Business program is completed.

Emmie would like to be able to stay in contact with her supports, family, and friends. Having reliable phone service is important so she can continue communicating with the people who care about her and support her.
