Neverah is living in foster care with her siblings. She is beautiful inside and out! Neverah lights up every room and always has a big grin on her face. She is so sweet and already is showing real empathy for others.

Neverah loves being outside, even when it is hot. This splash pad would give her a fun way to stay cool and play outside for hours without overheating. It is also large enough for her siblings to join in, making it a fun activity they can all enjoy together.
