Marisa is a devoted mother of three who has faced numerous challenges but remains determined to build a stable and loving future for her family. After experiencing periods of homelessness, her teens were placed in kinship care while she worked to regain stability in her life. Despite the obstacles she encountered, Marisa was excited to reunite her family under one roof. She recently achieved an incredible milestone by graduating from nursing school! Marisa finds joy in simple pleasures, such as listening to music, styling hair, applying makeup, and relaxing by watching her favorite television shows. Above all, she values spending time with her family. Whether visiting Kings Island, going to the local pool, or simply being together at home, those moments are the most meaningful to her. She continues to work hard every day to provide stability, love, and opportunity for her family.

Marisa has worked very hard to get back on track and welcome her children home. One of her teens returned home pregnant, and Marisa has been working tirelessly to support the family through this transition. She was so excited to bring her kids home and is doing her best to provide for everyone now that they are living under her roof again. She is also working to rebuild and strengthen her relationships with her children, as things have been strained. As the weather gets warmer, her daughter is looking forward to creating special memories and spending quality time with her little girl. However, transportation can sometimes be a challenge, which makes outings difficult. A backyard pool would give this family a fun, safe, and easy way to spend time together at home. It would help them stay active, enjoy the warmer months, and create meaningful family memories right in their own backyard.
