Carter is a young man currently residing in a facility as he navigates his foster care journey. He is a dedicated worker, and when he sets his mind to something, he can accomplish anything. Carter enjoys attending school, particularly excelling in math and science. He is a kind individual who is always quick to offer help to others.

Carter loves working with Legos! The more intricate the sets, the better! He can spend hours putting them together and even enjoys taking them apart to rebuild them without looking at the instructions, which he does very successfully. He is always asking for more sets. Since he is living in a facility, his activities are limited, and Lego sets provide him with a great way to stay busy.
