Shay is a quiet and shy girl who experienced extreme neglect. She is mentally and emotionally younger than her age due to the things she's been through, so she likes playing with her baby dolls.

Shay will be attending year round school but will need a chromebook at home so that she can complete her homework and also use the learning apps her resource parents will get her so that she doesn't fall behind.
