Shay is a quiet and shy girl who experienced extreme neglect. She is mentally and emotionally younger than her age due to the things she's been through, so she likes playing with her baby dolls.

Shay and her siblings are often bored during their visits as they don't have much to do. There is an Urban Air nearby and they have a summer pass special going on which would allow Shay to jump for 90 days! During the summer they will be able to have longer visits so this would be a fun option for them!
