Sandy is a kind and resilient young girl who has been working hard to build her confidence and improve her social skills. She has faced many challenges while adjusting to foster care, but with the support of her therapist, social worker, caregivers, and school staff, she has made tremendous progress both emotionally and academically. Although naturally shy, Sandy has become more open in social settings, has started forming positive friendships, and is ending the school year with improved grades and attendance. She enjoys drawing, arts and crafts, and journaling as creative outlets to express herself. Sandy is thoughtful, respectful, and determined, and those around her are proud of the growth and strength she continues to show each day.

Sandy would love to have a Jellycat bear bag charm. She has been wanting one for quite some time and immediately fell in love with the fun design because she finds it especially cute and cheerful. Many of her friends already have Jellycat bag charms, and she would be thrilled to have one of her own to attach to her backpack or purse. This charming little accessory would bring a smile to her face every day and make her feel included when she sees her friends showing off their Jellycat collections.
