Caitlin is kind, generous, and an excellent helper. She has spent a long time in foster care and is currently living in a group home. Caitlin is focused on her education and has a deep love for animals. She hopes to become a K9 officer in the Army one day, and she also enjoys machining and welding, which she pursues as extracurricular activities at school. In her free time, she volunteers at a local farm, helping to care for the animals. Everyone who meets Caitlin comments on the joy she brings to their lives!

Caitlin is preparing for her first overnight camp, where electronics aren’t allowed, and she has shared that having new art supplies would help her feel more comfortable. Creative activities are one of her favorite ways to relax and stay grounded, especially in unfamiliar settings. She lost many of her art supplies during several moves over the past two years, so this would help her rebuild a set she can use for a long time. Providing her with these art markers, she is excited about, would give her a calming, positive outlet during downtime at camp. It would also support her in feeling more confident, settled, and ready to fully enjoy this new experience.
